What is the minimum group size for a private event?
Private event hire is available for groups of 10 or more. For smaller groups of 4+, please see our Group Packages page for shared spa bookings.
Can we brand the space for our event?
Absolutely. We offer window vinyls, branded signage, custom color menus, and personalized activations to make the space entirely your own. Our events team will work with you to bring your brand aesthetic to life.
What treatments are available for private events?
All Nailoscope services are available for private events, including manicures, pedicures, gel finishes, nail art, chrome, paraffin treatments, and more. Your events manager will help curate a bespoke treatment menu for your guests.
Can we hire the spa without nail artists for our own activation?
Yes — we offer flexible hire options with or without our Nailoscope nail artists, depending on your event needs. Please indicate your preference in the enquiry form and our team will advise accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring at least 3–4 weeks in advance for private events. For larger brand activations or events requiring significant customisation, 6–8 weeks is preferred to ensure we can fully deliver on your vision.
Is there a deposit required to secure an event date?
Yes — a deposit is required to hold your event date. Full details will be provided during the consultation with your events manager. We accept all major payment methods.
