Is there a minimum group size for Group Packages?
Yes — Group Packages are available for 4 or more guests. All guests must be booked together, though individual treatment selections (manicure or pedicure) can vary by guest.
What is the difference between the Classic and Signature Manicure?
The Classic Manicure ($25) includes shaping, buffing, and regular polish. The Signature Manicure ($35) adds cuticle care, moisturising, and your choice of gel or regular polish finish.
What is included in the Nailoscope Manicure?
The Nailoscope Manicure ($45) is our most requested service, featuring full cuticle care, a relaxing hand massage, paraffin treatment, and your choice of gel or polish finish — with a champagne welcome for groups.
Can we add treatment upgrades for individual guests?
Absolutely. Available add-ons include nail art (from $7), chrome ($10), French tips ($10), ombre ($15), cat eyes ($10), paraffin treatment ($10), steamer ($10), and more. Add-ons must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your booking.
Does everyone have to be on the same package?
No — guests are welcome to mix packages. As long as we know each guest’s preferred treatment in advance, we can accommodate accordingly.
Is exclusive use of the spa available?
Exclusive spa use is available for groups of 10 or more, subject to availability. Please use the enquiry section above or contact us at info@nailoscope.com to discuss a fully private experience.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard groups, and 3–4 weeks for VIP or exclusive events. Weekend slots fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
